Most of what I do is straightforward: someone has a document that needs a notarized signature, and I show up with everything required to get it done correctly the first time. I work out of my car, so I can meet you at home, at work, or somewhere in between.
I’ve notarized documents at kitchen tables, in office lobbies, at coffee shops on Magnolia, and once in a parking lot before someone’s flight. If it’s a legitimate document and you have valid ID, I can usually make it work.

Mobile Notary FAQs
What ID do you accept?
A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID — driver’s license, passport, or state ID. The name has to match what’s on the document.
Can you notarize for more than one person at once?
Yes, as long as everyone signing is present with valid ID. I just need to know ahead of time so I budget enough time.
Do you charge for travel?
There’s a small travel fee that depends on distance. I’ll quote it to you before confirming the appointment, not after I arrive.
What if I’m not sure my document needs a notary?
Send me a photo of it or tell me what it’s for, and I’ll let you know — no charge for that conversation.
Can you come to a hospital or care facility?
Yes, I do this fairly often. Just let me know the facility and visiting hours when you call.
