Mobile Notary Public
No need to take time off work or sit in a waiting room. I bring my stamp, my journal, and my ID checklist to wherever you are in Riverside, La Sierra, Orangecrest, Canyon Crest, or anywhere nearby.
What I Help With
Most of what I do is straightforward: someone has a document that needs a notarized signature, and I show up with everything required to get it done correctly the first time. I work out of my car, so I can meet you at home, at work, or somewhere in between.
I’ve notarized documents at kitchen tables, in office lobbies, at coffee shops on Magnolia, and once in a parking lot before someone’s flight. If it’s a legitimate document and you have valid ID, I can usually make it work.

The most common type — you’re confirming you signed the document willingly.

You’re swearing the contents of the document are true, under oath, in front of me.

For affidavits, depositions, and other sworn statements.

Some documents need a witness in addition to a notary — I can often fill both roles.
Common Requests
This covers the bulk of what comes my way week to week. If your document isn’t listed, give me a call — chances are I can still help.
| Document | Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Power of Attorney | Acknowledgment | Often time-sensitive — I keep evening slots open for these |
| General Affidavit | Jurat | Sworn statement of fact |
| Real Estate Deed | Acknowledgment | Transfers or confirms property ownership |
| Vehicle Title (DMV) | Acknowledgment | Required for many private-party sales in California |
| Parental Travel Consent | Acknowledgment | Permission letter for a minor traveling without both parents |
| Authorization Letter | Jurat | Lets someone act on your behalf for a specific task |

Common Questions
A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID — driver’s license, passport, or state ID. The name has to match what’s on the document.
Yes, as long as everyone signing is present with valid ID. I just need to know ahead of time so I budget enough time.
There’s a small travel fee that depends on distance. I’ll quote it to you before confirming the appointment, not after I arrive.
Send me a photo of it or tell me what it’s for, and I’ll let you know — no charge for that conversation.
Yes, I do this fairly often. Just let me know the facility and visiting hours when you call.
